San Francisco Shipyard Residents
Please report electrical service problems at the Shipyard (including electrical power outages) to our 24-hour telephone hotline. Dial 3-1-1.
Streetlight complaints are also handled by the San Francisco's 3-1-1 Customer Service Center. The center has an easy-to-remember telephone number that connects residents, businesses, and visitors to Customer Service Representatives. You can get help with all of your general city government information and service needs from 3-1-1.
In addition to reporting streetlight problems to 3-1-1, iPhone and Android owners can also take advantage to our new mobile application, StreetLightsSF. This application allows anyone with an iPhone or Android phone to report streetlight issues using the app. Just click the orange streetlight icon to download the app. You must download the app from your iPhone or Android phone, not from this page.
